Les fenêtres PVC

Un nouveau billet sur les fenêtres PVC.

Les fenêtres PVC représentent le standard actuel de la menuiserie dans la construction neuve. Avec plus de 70% du marché, la fenêtre PVC est certainement le produit le plus vendu dans le domaine de la fenêtre en ce moment.

Les fenêtres PVC ont de nombreux avantages.

D'abord, des qualités isolantes. Le PVC est un matériau naturellement isolant, ce qui confère aux fenêtres PVC des performances énergétiques excellentes. L'isolation étant un point très important, les fenêtres PVC sont le type de fenêtre le plus isolant du marché.

L'entretien, ensuite. une fenêtre PVC, comme une fenêtre aluminium, ne nécessite aucun entretien, si ce n'est un petit coup d'éponge de temps en temps.

La couleur. Bien que le PVC se cantonne généralement aux teintes claires (le beige, le blanc, le gris), on commence à trouver des teintes "bois" qui sont d'une imitation assez bonne. On s'y méprendrais que ce soit à la vue ou au toucher. Je ne sais pas ce que donnent ces nouvelles teintes bois dans le temps, mais c'est à surveiller.

Le prix, enfin. Le PVC présentent l'avantage d'être un matériau d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Aussi, les fenêtres PVC sont relativement peu chères par rapport aux autres matériaux (fenêtres aluminium, fenêtres bois)

On trouve des fenêtres PVC sous différentes formes.

- Chassis fixe PVC : Pratique pour les fenêtres qui ne sont pas ouvertes, les fixes permettent de gagner un peu en clair de vitrage.

- Fenêtre PVC 1, 2, 3 ou 4 vantaux. Sont bien entendu les différentes options, telles que la fonction "oscillo-battant", ou encore les petits bois incorporés.

- Porte-fenêtre PVC 1,2,3, ou 4 vantaux. De même, on retrouve les fonctions oscillo-battant, petits bois incorporés, etc...

Pour être efficace, une fenêtre PVC doit être équipée d'un double vitrage à isolation renforcée. En fonction des besoins, on peut parfaitement utiliser un double vitrage phonique, un double vitrage de sécurité, ou encore un vitrage "contrôle solaire".

J'espère que ce petit billet vous aidera à faire votre choix lorsque vous construirez ou que vous rénoverez vos fenêtres. Dans tous les cas, l'important, c'est de faire appel à un fabricant de qualité, pour une bonne durabilité des fenêtres.

Je viens de finir de construire ma maison, et je suis ravi du résultat. Tout est conforme à nos souhaits. En ce qui concerne la construction de nos fenêtres, nous avons optés pour des fenêtres en PVC car après m'être renseigné auprès de différents professionnels, j'ai compris que le rapport qualité/prix était excellent: très bonne performance en terme d'isolation thermique et acoustique, aucun entretien n'est nécessaire, et bien sûr le prix est très compétitif...
